Financial
District |

Towering structures of architectural excellence will be the
hallmark of the Financial District. They will be clearly visible
from Lagos city centre and Victoria Island, as well as passing
ships in the Atlantic Ocean.
Motorists using the future road bridge over the entrance to
Lagos Port will see the high-rise tower blocks dominate the
western sector of Eko Atlantic, especially at night where
floodlighting will brighten the sky.

This district is located where the coastal
highway meets the
river, benefiting from specially integrated fast access routes
into a new financial hub for Lagos.
A large rotunda, unique to the Financial District, will stand at
the junction of the main roads following a deliberately planned
theme to radiate confidence and vitality.
While the emphasis on life will focus on the cutting-edge of
business and finance, the district will also offer the opportunity to develop commercial and residential activity.
This metropolitan style high-rise area will also include
restaurants, bars and cafes. On higher levels,
especially penthouses, apartments can expect to have unrivalled
panoramic views of the entire city of Lagos and the Atlantic
shoreline.
Parking decks will be connected over the main road by
footbridges creating multi-dimensional urban activity several
floors above street level.
An adventurous design concept will make the Financial District a
focal point for West Africa. |
