Avenues
	This area of Eko Atlantic is distinctive in its own right. It adjoins Eko Drive to the north, Ocean Front to the south and Downtown to the west and lies at the centre of Eko Atlantic.   The main road and Eko Waterway circles this development area. It offers outstanding potential for residential growth, commercial activity and recreation. It will also contain a variety of smaller and larger buildings for office space.   Avenues derives its name from prominent green boulevards that will sweep through the district. It is a place to live, work and play surrounded by stylish gardens and trees.   As in other parts of Eko Atlantic careful attention is given to develop multi-level catering for all activities on the plot.   One of three Eko Atlantic marinas backs onto the southern Eko Waterway, adding to the exceptional diversity of Avenues where carefully structured urban planning seeks to strike a careful balance of life. Registered boat owners can exit the marina to circumnavigate the city at a leisurely pace or head to the open sea for an enjoyable offshore cruise along the Ocean Front coastline.   While Avenues will contain a large percentage of residential property, the district will also afford space for a multitude of commercial outlets for both residents and visitors alike.
